To login to submit a ticket or access the Knowledge Base, click the login button on the top right hand corner, click on the Green Dot SSO Login button and enter your computer login credentials. If you have any issues logging in, please email [email protected].

We recommend using CHROME as your browser to view the Knowledge Base articles. Additionally, please make sure you are logged into your Green Dot Google account as many articles link to Green Dot's Google Drive.

If you have any issues accessing an article, please make a comment at the bottom of the article and an agent will assist.
